Flick runs quietly in your menu bar. The only permission it asks for is Accessibility, which macOS requires for switching windows.
The first time you open Flick, a short welcome window walks you through setup.
Drag Flick into your Applications folder and open it from there. It lives in your menu bar; a Dock icon shows only while setup or Settings is open.
Installation guideClick Grant Accessibility Permissions, then turn on Flick in System Settings › Privacy & Security › Accessibility. No restart needed.
Step by stepYour windows appear, most recent first, with the previous one already selected. Each tap of Tab moves down. Let go to switch.
