Hold ⌥, tap Tab, let go.

Faster than finding it yourself.

Everything below is the real interaction, played on a loop.

Every clip is a real screen recording of Flick.

Hold. Tap. Let go.

Hold ⌥ and tap Tab: Flick opens with your windows in order, most recent first, and your previous window already selected. Each tap of Tab moves down. Let go and you're there. A quick tap jumps straight back to the last window.

Press Enter and type a few letters of an app or a window title. The list narrows as you type, and apps that aren't open yet show up too.

Grouped, when you want it.

Collapse each app into one row with a count. Press → to open its windows, ← to go back.

Every Space, every screen.

Windows on other desktops and full-screen apps are in the same list. Pick one and Flick takes you to its Space.

Pick your side

Liquid Glass,
right where you look.

Flick grows out of the left or right edge of your screen, or floats in the middle. On macOS 26 it's made of Liquid Glass, so your wallpaper shows through.

Left. Welded to the edge, like a tab you pull out.

Everything it does.

One small app, no setup. Change any of it in Settings.

Quick tap back. Tap ⌥Tab and you're in your last window.
Launch apps. Search finds apps that aren't open yet.
Close, quit, ignore. Right-click any row for window actions.

Questions? Answers.

Why does Flick need Accessibility permission?

macOS only lets an app see and switch other apps' windows through Accessibility. Flick uses it for exactly that: reading window titles to draw the list and bringing the window you pick to the front. Nothing is recorded or sent anywhere.

Can it replace ⌘Tab?

Yes. Choose Command in Settings and Flick takes over ⌘Tab while it runs. Quit Flick and the macOS switcher comes straight back. Flick uses ⌥Tab by default, so nothing changes unless you want it to.

Which Macs does it run on?

Any Mac with macOS 14 Sonoma or later, Apple silicon or Intel. On macOS 26 the panel is made of Liquid Glass.

Does it see windows on other Spaces?

Yes, including full-screen apps. Pick one and Flick switches to its Space. You can limit the list to the current Space in Settings.

Is there a free version?

Yes, and it never expires. The free version switches between your 5 most recent windows. A one-time license unlocks every window.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once and keep it, with every 1.x update included.
